Just an average italian man freaking out while getting medication (simply acting like a fearful baby with his woman). He says "but I don't have to put it INSIDE the eye!" Definitely not nice to call her "scema" (similar to idiot) but this is pretty usual to say in Italy if said in a friendly way with close people and you can tell he is speaking from a place of fear and exaggerating ending with "you almost got me blind" and laughing himself, showing some self awareness. So within the context it makes me laugh as well. Nothing weird or dramatic. She is genuinely laughing for him being over dramatic. These are our italian men when they get sick, fearful and complaining all the time. All italian women joke on this. I don't even understand why you all not italian comment on the content not understanding the language, the culture and the context. I don't know this couple's story and would never bet on the success or failure of their relationship based on this video as many of you did 😅 Relax

Another thing, once I had a flight connection in italy, people seems a little hard,like when they talk , or give you information , they are nervous. Italian way, but they have a big heart. ❤
