Michelle has landed a full time job and is thriving 

For Michelle, 10 years of unemployment meant finding a job was a daunting task. Her local Jobs Victoria Advocate in Bendigo referred her to Jobs Victoria Mentor Ruth, who saw that Michelle had great potential but needed some support to build her confidence. With Ruth’s support and encouragement, and an employer who was open-minded about hiring people with different life circumstances, Michelle has landed a full-time job. And she’s thriving.
