Exactly because of that, they want to serve to country and stop Trump. The Republicans aren't just regular right leaning politicians anymore, the party was taken over by the MAGA cult and they're extremely dangerous for US democracy, and also for the world. They vehemently believe that climate change isn't real and if Trump wins, they'll stop and undo all climate policies set up by Biden, pretty much dooming the world to climate catastrophe. I don't think people realize how vital the next 10 years are for the climate and we cannot afford US climate inaction for the at least 4 years of MAGA politics.
