@@dawnstanley1733 Fallon shouldn’t quit over his writers, if anything he should show his talent and bring the show back without writers like Conan did. Maybe his content would get better

She is such an awesome human, #firstlady, mother, wife, and role model. My prayers will continue over she and her families lives. Thanks for everything you and President Obama have done and still do. God bless you. @JimmyFallon, you are the best.
Very cute skit with you both. Love ya Jimmy an really enjoy Michelle Obama..breath of fresh air! My sleeping patterns have changed so I'm catching parts of your show on YT..❤❤❤
Part of what makes her so awesome is that she’ll never run for president - none of this is an act. And yet, that sincerity is makes us want her to be our president.
I just bought the book last week and started reading, the real Michelle is excellent in relating to anxiety situations. Anyone who needs encouragement through fear or anxiety, do go and buy it. I'm sure most people have had hidden fears and learned behaviour issues at some point in life
I absolutely adore Michelle Obama, and all of the Obamas especially President Obama. Now cut it out! Pay your writers better! This is a rerun. Without the writers you don’t have a show quite obviously. Don’t be so damn cheap executives. 🙄

Alright, let's dive into the topic of fixing our government in ten steps! Step number one: No one in the government older than 65. You might be wondering, why age discrimination? Well, for starters, many older government officials are out of touch with the needs and wants of younger generations. Plus, aging often affects cognitive abilities, which can hinder decision-making skills. By limiting the age of government officials, we can ensure that those in power are more in-tune with the current needs and wants of the people. Step number two: No government employees can use social media. This may seem drastic, but hear me out. Social media has become a breeding ground for misinformation, propaganda, and toxic behavior. By banning government employees from using social media, we can minimize the spread of false information and even prevent situations where government officials get into public spats online. Step number three: No one in the government can receive donations. Political donations have become a means for the wealthy to influence politicians and obtain favors. This is not democracy, it's a plutocracy. By removing the ability for government officials to receive donations, we can ensure that they make decisions based on the needs and wants of their constituents, not the interests of wealthy donors. Step number four: Make a news network for government applicants to use for free to get into government. This may seem odd, but think about it. Many people who run for office do not have the financial resources to pay for a marketing campaign. By providing a free news network for potential government officials, we can level the playing field and ensure that those who run for office are truly qualified, not just wealthy. Step number five: Change the four-year term for a President to a five-year term. This may seem like a minor change, but it can have significant impacts. A five-year term would allow presidents to enact change in a more stable manner, without the pressure of re-election looming over their head for as long. Step number six: No one in government can use ads to attack their opponents. Negative campaigning has become a common tactic in political campaigns, but it does not serve the greater good. It only serves to demonize the opposing candidate and distract from their own platform. By banning attack ads, candidates would have to focus on their own platform and ideas, rather than tearing down their opponent. Step number seven: Fix the jailing system so that it rehabilitates people instead of punishing them. Our current criminal justice system is flawed. It often focuses solely on punishment, rather than rehabilitation and reintegration into society. By fixing the system to prioritize rehabilitating inmates and preparing them for life outside of prison, we can reduce recidivism rates and create a more just and fair system. Step number eight: Audits on anybody in government and presidential office every year. Transparency is key in any government. By conducting yearly audits on government officials, we can ensure that they are acting in good faith and with the best interest of the people in mind. Step number nine: Make changes to the policy for police brutality, and make it to where taxpayers don’t pay for it. Police brutality is a growing concern in our society. It is not an issue that can be swept under the rug. By ensuring that taxpayers don't foot the bill for police brutality lawsuits, we can incentivize police departments to take measures to prevent such incidents in the first place. Step number ten: No one in government can invest in the stock market, including the immediate family. The stock market can often be unpredictable and volatile. Government officials should not have a personal stake in its performance, as it can lead to conflicts of interest. By prohibiting government officials from investing in the stock market, we can ensure that they are making decisions based on the interests of the people, not their own financial gain. To sum it up, these ten steps are not a comprehensive solution to fixing our government, but they are a start. By implementing them, we can begin to create a system that is more just, fair, and transparent. It's up to us to hold our elected officials accountable and demand change. Together, we can create a government that truly works for the people.
