Michelle Troconis criminal trial | Day 26 afternoon 

It’s my recollection that the only rise the police got out of her was when they told her Fotis may have been trying to get back with Jennifer but never any emotion over a mother of five being killed in what appears to be in such a brutal manor.

Praying for justice for Jennifer, Mrs. Farber, the nanny and the 5 children!🙏⚖️❤️🙏

This judge seems to consider/weigh everything, especially objections. I love how he verbally restates the question AND (sometimes logically working backwards) he provides a rational for each inquiry + ruling. It’s fascinating to watch him think, dang. Mad respect for judge, (and the man in general.)

She is crying because the end is near, and she knows it does not look for her.

I hope the jury doesn’t let her off if they do I have no respect for the justice system

Now we finally see a reaction from Michelle. She never showed any emotions from the interrogation or during the trial of a mother of 5 who has been missing since 2019.she knows what happened and where Jennifer is. I don’t think she was the one that killed her but she was an accomplice.

I think MT knew what was going on with the murder. She is too sharp and not fully trusting FD she watched everything he was doing. I don't think she had anything to do with the murder but the cover up...Yes.

Why is she crying? There wasn’t anything said about the murder? She never cried when they were discussing the bloody evidence.

Michelle sure likes to hold up her papers she is looking over, nice and high so anyone behind her can get a good look. Guess she hasn't learnt a damn thing.

No they have shown where MT has had her hand in it , as well. Find it really sad that the very first time she is showing tears is during this testimony which is about someone else’s interrogation. Not once did she pick up a tissue when all the evidence was coming out about what Jennifer’s morning turned into after dropping her kids off at school on the 24th. Took her until day 26 to need a tissue…. Not a tear for Jennifer or her kids. I agree or her mother….

How did Fotis Dulos know that Jennifer would be at her home on the morning of 24th May 2019? Who gave him that information? Lauren Almeida was meant to sleep over the night before but she went back to her own apartment for the night and picked the children up from School at 12.30 pm the next day .

She never cried when the mother was in the witness stand she crying with a police officer by her being a mother I thought she had empathy for a mother

How does it help Michelle for the jury to know if Fotis’s 1st lawyer knew that Fotis was an international and National competitive water skier? Her lawyer boggles the mind 🙄 I’d want my money back.

Defense is not doing Mt any favors because she's definitely got hands on this murder definitely the front runnner on this and it's always the husband but the defense had got me believing she's one who pressed on with the whole planning for murder im serious

The defense attorney continues to be snaky and a bit disgusting to me.

Interesting facts for the 80 mountain spring. It wasn't listed on the market until July 2019, then it was pulled off the market January 1st, 2020, 30 days before Fotis took the cowardly way out on Jan 30th. Seems he planned A LOT of things in his life! Even going so far as to make sure the home was off the market before he took his life. People can speculate why he would've done that... 🙄

This trial looks like it's taking a toll on the male defense attorney. He looks exhausted.

Why didn't Fotis initially have any visitation? That is extreme.

I think this is ridiculous! I’ve been following this trial since day 1. The prosecution was able to present all evidence and now the defense is trying to show their case and its objection after objection. Let her show her case!

The reason I think the mom wasn't crying she is very strong for 88 year old the grandchildren where there I believe she cries everyday bless her

goodness. here in new zealand (auckland) one can purchase little more than a do over first home for 1 million dollars. Love thos grand new homes

I sympathize with the jury. This trial seems to be more about Fotis then proof and evidence against Michelle.

This judge hate the defense lawyer he totally for the the prosecutor side this is a crazy case

The state’s acting lawyer, Michelle Manny or something, has this generalized, juvenile demeanor, imo. At her age, I’d expect a budding, youthful , and passionate courtroom presentation style. She ought to be gaining in experience, and evolving her courtroom presence, her career. Her blah, bored, and quiet voice is becoming increasingly irritating, imo. I am not convinced MT had a hand in this, is SHE? For all the time, all the money invested in this trial, I expect this young lady to bring it. The judge, on the other hand, is phenomenal, imo. Now he’s brilliant and has character + a unique style that I’ll not soon forget, that’s for sure.
