Walking through the historical part of Michelstadt, discovering the City Hall and the numerous half-timbered houses, then wandering through the narrow, cobblestone streets and catching a quick glimpse of the towering church.
Michelstadt might be one of those places that's not included in every tourist brochure. And what a shame that is! This quaint, little city is simply a joy to behold and you almost get the feeling that time stands still. The old buildings are cozily decorated, making everyone feel welcomed and relaxed. And we bet it gets better during the holiday season. Can you imagine this fairy-tale place turning all Christmassy?!
