Michel is a wonderful addition to the EIC. Dutch and a geographer, his influence brings a lot of optimism. However our proposal was rejected twice already by EIC, 15 years now still looking for the funding to develop our technology that will transform citizen science. Sure is boring waiting 15+ years for a single opportunity

That felt amateuristic and ambitionless. I don't see any innovative future within Europe, especially after Mr. Breton destroyed the AI field...
