The grandmother probably didn't want too because of not having no where else to live, so she either went along with it but we don't know the condition of the grandmother. The court will have her answer questions in the trial to come.

There is a possibility that she was terrified or threatened. We don't know. If you can do that to a baby, what will you do to Grandma?

My grandmother fined up for my monster parents. It crushed my heart finding that out. She had known the whole time. When she got old and hateful she threw it in my face. She unfortunately was also used/abused by the grandson. Not to the same extent but she handed him most of her money/works full time in order to support him. She’s not mentioned because not only was she unaware of the abuse, she was a victim of elderly abuse. This was reported to adult protective services several times and unfortunately was never addressed by the state before this point. She has been fully cooperative with the police and has submitted to both search and seizure of her phone, and taking of her dna

I have worked connecting people to family law lawyers to work out written arguments for those lower income people. I can tell you that CPS doesn’t care about children for the most part. They want to keep their payroll and power going. They only go after people with money because it works in their benefit. I have seen horrendous crimes by lower income families being given no attention. And then an upper class family that yelled at their child has to fight through court to keep their child (they really did little wrong, especially compared to these other cases that were ignored). Don’t be fooled. CPS is selective and it’s not for the benefit of the children.

CPS are always blamed for moving kids too soon. They are not miracle workers or flies on the walls. Did anyone report this to cps? And if it was reported once only, maybe when cps came out everything looked ok. What more can they do without evidence or a judge supporting an order of removal? Doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists, people to take your child, then people who "work to hive them back, not to mention they take the child's SS and any $$ they can. Just like when cps took my son last year. Cps has filed a petition to terminate my and my fiance's rights as parents. So, we're going to trial sometime in October. I'm scared of losing the only child I gave birth to. He's 3 years old, autistic and nonverbal.

Yes they do sometimes you get news on someone as they are being brought in I saw it happen with one girl they walked her into a new pod mid news report but I think they may have shut it off

I sadly agree...it's Madison Heights...the prosecutor never said the father called CPS I believe (sadly) the whole family knew an became disgustingly accustomed to the poor child's abuse.

What about the school? If a child is absent often with no doctor's certificate, CPS should be sent to that home immediately! Schools need to teach children about what unacceptable treatment by parents looks like. Children need to be encouraged to tell their teachers if they or their siblings are being abused.
