Recently, Governor Whitmer has been in the news for her stance on the 2024 presidential election. Despite calls from some to replace President Biden with her as the Democratic candidate, she has publicly supported Biden and dismissed these calls. She has also been vocal about her belief that Biden can still win Michigan.
