Literally broke 4 in December for the mile

the recent 1500 time was equivalent to about 3:53 for a full mile.

A freshman at my high school runs a 4:38 mile, idk how he does it

@@landonboomsma2594 Yeah, that is correct conversion. Not to take away from his amazing performance, but he wore the Nike super spikes. Most believe they are worth 1 second per lap.

Nice to see a familiar sight. My school doesn't have a track so we run at this track, but I wonder why a skyline athlete is here?
