Kokushibo stated during the fight with Sanemi that this was how he and Sengoku Wind would train and improve their swordsman skills meaning the Sengoku Wind pillar was somewhat comparable to Sanemi. Also, keep in mind the Sanemi who was going all out reminded him of how he "Trained" and Kokushibo as a human was the second strongest in the Sengoku era and no one even came close meaning he's way stronger than Sanemi as a human. This was the way Kokushibo and the wind pillar trained. The way Sanemi and Koku fought was how the wind pillar and human Koku trained and Sanemi himself said that he couldn't even blink or would've ended up dying. That would mean that Michikatsu > Sanemi. The wind pillar from that time from the golden age of the demon slayers. So he beats Sanemi. Also, based on the text, it seems like Kokushibo is reflecting on a past training session with Sengoku Wind and comparing it to his current fight with Sanemi. The mention of training and improving sword skills suggests that they are improving their breathing styles and that Sanemi reminding Kokushibo about the Wind Pillar from the Sengoku Era would mean that they are similar in swordsmanship skills. That would mean that Sanemi = Previous Wind pillar. So Michikatsu > Sanemi, No difficulty. And Gyomei at the lowest beats Sanemi Mid/High diff. Now what does that mean? i disagree with comparison michikatsu against uppermoon in that video michikatsu vs all uppermoon and the uppermoon always get strength but there is something wrong,you should gave strength to michikatsu from kaigaku upper six to upper two except for upper one because his physical strength is strong enough against uppermoons

Debating Michikatsu is like debating someone from your head to a character, he is absolutely featless and will stay that way. There are no other ways of telling he's strong other than being Yoriichi's brother which everyone says the most and is getting irritating, wielding the moon breathing, and having a mark during the Sengoku. For all we know, he could just be a low hashira for example, Uzui or Rengoku. Michikatsu is a downgraded version of Kokushibou. By LOGIC, Koku had lived for more than 400 years as a demon, training to be stronger everyday. Without those 400+ years which is Human Michikatsu the downgrade in power would be a BIG GAP by LOGIC. Thus, placing him at the likes of around Rengoku or maybe even less.

Also, can you sort write down what difficulty Michikatsu beats Gyomei and Akaza with? I'd say Mid diff against Gyomei and High diff against Akaza. Douma is debatable but I'll lean towards Michikatsu because if Shinobu blitz Douma, and Kanao and Inosuke was able to stall Douma, so I'd say Michikatsu wins Extreme diff.
