They have meaning to us, because we are also insignificant to the universe. Our minds and 'souls' are but quantum fluctuations in a cosmic quantum field. We are energy states in the form of matter-- We are what we are. But that's what makes us so wonderful. We ARE the universe, a cosmic beauty.
Remember when the Instrumental Version played during the "outro" of an episode, with a monologue from the narrator in the background ;) Always loved that.
In every age, in every place; the deeds of man remain the same. Zu jeder Zeit, an jedem Ort, bleibt das Tun der Menschen das Gleiche. すべての年齢で、あらゆる場所で, 人類の英雄的行為は同じままだ。
@@Cleric775 I self-translated this from English to German and Japanese. I am not a native speaker of German or Japanese, but thanks :). ( I am learning) Actually, I decided to change it from 男性 to 人類. Because 人間 means humans, where as 人類 is more akin to humanity. In the original opening, the German is wrong (or so I have been told). So I thought i'd put my own spin on it.
I can see through the stars into your heart So no matter where you are it's never far I hold you in my soul, you'll always be Here with me forever, you must believe I am waiting for you I am waiting for you in my heart There are those times I feel lonely for you But I know this shade of blue will soon pass through I must be strong without you by my side I can see forever you are my light I am waiting for you I am waiting for you I am waiting for you I am waiting for you in my heart
As someone who has only hear about Legend of the Galactic Heroes, just listening to this song makes me feel like I'm looking in from the outside, staring at distant grand utopia of storytelling. I have no idea what to expect but I don't think there's any doubt in my mind that I will enjoy watching it.
If you want to watch this, I'd recommend watching "my conquest is the sea of stars" first. It acts as a great prologue and introduction to the main characters.
I remember people were talking about this over a decade ago I think but I never watched it till recently as I don't generally like space or mecha shows. But once I watched it I loved the politics and didn't mind the space battles. I was so crushed by certain plot developments.
hate to say i agree... he did nothing wrong... while i might also disagree since Oberstien didnt truly understand Reinhart and Kircheis relationship... if Kircheis didnt died... Yang Wen-li is truly lucky in a sense that Kircheis died... and Reinhart might not have died young... pity
How can we judge Oberstein by simple moral and ethics if we don't judge our Presidents and Kings and governments as individuals? As a political entity, Oberstein has done his job exemplary avoiding the most chaos and suffering to defend the peace for most. Many politicians today are like Oberstein and they are practically the only good incorruptible politicians who can't get entrapped in philosophical moralities because the world is moving on and solutions are required today, no yesterday. If we could have everything perfect it would be Utopia. We work with what we have. Oberstein understood that.
This song will remind of high school next year when I’m starting out as a freshman in more 10th grade classes making it harder but this song will give my courage to go on to be a computer engineer.
