Fun fact: Cinder's voice actor, Ray Chase, is also the voice of Noctis in Final Fantasy XV

even after all these years, the song's intensity still brings me to tears. The fact it pays such an incredible amount of tribute and homage to the original is beyond words. Mick Gordon really is a VG composer who hones in and nails the spirit of everything he's involved in, and then takes it beyond its limits.

To be honest - like I think the Doom soundtrack is really cool and rocking, but this Killer Instinct stuff that Mick did is amazing. It's off-the-wall awesome, creatively so new, all the songs have such a unique sound from the the tribal Hinamatoom, amazing Jago theme and this pure piece of awesomeness, and the outrageous cool of 'Back to Rise'. These tracks blew my mind before I'd heard anything about the Doom soundtrack. So thanks for these, wow they're awesome :)

I still remember when they were announcing Season 2 and revealing characters. I was so sad that Cinder didn't make the cut for Season 1 and I feared he was gone and done for, because he wasn't in KI2 either. He had been my main and I loved and missed playing my firey boi. Then I saw his trailer. The music vamped and my heart began to flutter. Then the guitar slide hit and the main cadence kicked off...I flew out of my chair and screamed out yes so loud I scared the whole house.

Some people say that Guile's theme goes with everything. THESE PEOPLE NEVER HEARD THE FUCKIN CINDER THEME.

This actually brings out pent up emotions for me. I feel like I've lost my fire, my drive, I need to reignite it and push on through my life.

I love 4:00 to 5:00 it gets me a bit emotional because it sounds like its reminiscing Cinder's career or even like the good times in my own life. Its very nice to hear. And then also love 5:55 as its speeding up it is like epic winning and overcoming adversity and just supreme victory over the haters too!

You have ascended to god-like levels with this Mick. This is everything anyone could have hoped for and more. Can't wait to go home and pick up the guitar and play along to this theme.

When 2:05 happened, I was immediately reminded of Iron Maiden. This goes to show, Mick knows what he's doing. As if one song of his can remind me of one of the greatest metal bands to ever exist. That just proves, he is an incredible musician.
