It's funny: if Bowie had made this same exact song, people would be praising it as brilliant. But since it is Mick Jagger and he is making it outside of the Rolling Stones, people are more critical than they otherwise would be. Just enjoy the song for what it is, not judging it on who made it.

The quality of Mick's solo output has stepped up a couple of notches, maybe due to his repaired relationship wih Keith. _Gotta Get a Grip_ and _England Lost_ are very good tracks, with the former sounding not too dissimilar to the Stones.
