Mick Kolassa has been a blues fan most of his life - all kinds of blues. His previous albums have all contained a few subgenres of blues, but in this album his 15 blues, he wanted to include as many as he could- the result is the aptly named ALL KINDS OF BLUES
Mick Kolassa's love of the blues began when he was a teenager and with his music, he shares that love with the world. Rather than staying within a single genre of blues, Kolassa love's and celebrates all styles of blues, so he calls his style “Free Range Blues”. Whether it is a Delta Blues song from the 1930s, Piedmont Blues, Chicago Blues, Memphis style Soul Blues, slick city blues or cool country blues, he loves and plays them all.
