Tom Clancy has a skilled "actor-ish" style of performance. It is no coincidence that the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem (all RIP) were trained in the dramatic arts. They were superb interpreters of the great beauty, wit and pathos in the storehouse of Irish traditional music.
