I saw Mickey live with my wife in Portland OR a bit before she passed away in Feb of 2017. It was on of the last things we did together. Now he's playing in Portland OR again on Feb 26th 2021. I don't know what to do...I want to go in remembrance of my wife. But I have no one to go with... :/ im so heart broke
@@Oreana818 No, I didn't end up going. I had one friend who knew how meaningful it was to me and she promised to go with me but last minute said no, she had to work. Yet she took work off for other friends to hang out with them. I wish I would have just gone alone. :/ But I knew I would have been sloppy and was wanting to be safe.

I used to really like Mickey Avalon. White, androgynous rapper with decent rhyme schemes? He was basically who I wanted to be at the time. Years later and his music doesn't have the replayability that it did when it came out, but it's still a guilty pleasure.
Good ole' Myspace...I would switch between Mickey Avalon and Kottonmouth Kings weekly as my Myspace page music. Myspace was an amazing platform, one we could customize and truly show what made us unique. We gave that up for the rigid uniformity of Facebook...Facebook was truly the end of originality and the beginning of a sanatized and bland social media existence. Definitely a sign of where the world was going...nothing unique instead everything is made so the majority will always like it.
