You are doing little too much have little bits or more of rest. 40 years ago I worked through flu but I did not go away I was rushed to hospital put in an induced sleep bombarded with steroids lost 5 stone Had to learn to walk again recovered slowly stopped reading books and it lead me into reading the form of 10 runner handicaps for good priced winners and wow didn’t they come I get the brain fog still I when I get it I stop reading and it goes away I have great respect for what you do keep going and enjoy Apple pie and custard Bmc
