During my October 2023 trip to Orlando we did Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and a highlight for me is absolutely Mickey's Boo To You parade! You can't see this parade outside of the ticketed event, and watching a nighttime parade in the Magic Kingdom feels like a treat these days.
We caught the first showing in Frontierland (basically across from Pecos Bill's) and the second on main street. I will confess that while I did line up the audio, the two parades we saw were slightly different! So by the time we get to the villains section the audio/choreography was totally off, which is why I stuck to the Frontierland view there.
Overall I think I preferred the viewing in Frontierland. Main Street is magical since you get to see the castle in the background, but Main Street is just so lit! Frontierland felt way darker, which for me meant a more enjoyable time.
