I just took mine to the range today… it is amazing!! Only thing I didn’t like is slide doesn’t stay locked back which I kinda figured, there were mixed comments online. I will say it is zero comfort to shoot but a fireball of fun (pun intended). At 25 yards it was impressively accurate. It’s extremely loud!! And it gets very hot!! Probably one of the most dirty guns I’ve ever shot. For new buyers, be forewarned that accessories for these guns are expensive! Overall I couldn’t be happier with it. Note: out the box it was fairly lubricated. Ran 60 rounds today through it with zero issues.
Just picked mine up today at my FFL. Got it at Classic and the shipping box was EXCELLENT, double boxed and heavy foam padding. I was impressed! My handguard is tight, and the wood is BEAUTIFUL. Got a good Black Friday price too. I love all these AK pistols. Now, let's see who comes out with a 5" barrel, .
Holy shit.. an AK pistol that fires the same rounds as the AK47... so brutal that's insane, NO other pistol can come close to competing with that thing, that's fucking nut's.
I just want to say thank you for your channel and your love for the ak style variants. I am a fan of the ak and greatly enjoy your videos especially when its educational including the purposes of the different variants etc. Thanks! .... and i am so looking forward to another in depth video on your ak collection and on your Micro Draco lol :-)
I just picked up mine today and it is pretty cool. The foregrip was real tight so maybe they fixed that since you got yours. I will be sanding and staining the foregrip much darker and I got a Hogue grip for it. Your video was very informative and helped me make the decision to get one. Thanks for posting it!
Wish I would have got a micro instead of mini draco. The ultimate shtf gun, for zombies, big game hunting exploring wrol, civil unrest and home protector. WNna trade? Lol
I just got my micro draco, fits in my hiking backpack for when I go into best country....I can carry the 30 round mag & 75 round drum with it also...sweet
Honestly wish I would've gotten a mini draco instead, dont get me wrong I like it. But I love that hotdog style handguard for whatever reason. Reloading it as he said is just kind of a pain. I'm just waiting to replace the handguard with the midwest quad so I can mount my red dot and call it quits. Spent way to much on this thing already Edit, the TSS quad rail sorry not midwest.
@@iHooligan I like the grip but I want to do exactly what you said to mine also, I think a good red dot would make this thing the ultimate range toy, home defense, truck gun piece.......
@@Tre360laserflip I got the Romanian drum but I haven't used it yet, I've only been to the range once with my micro draco & it was alot of of fun but I couldnt afford that many bullets on that particular day since I was also shooting my ruger mpr & my stepsons ruger 10/22, lol......i put videos up on my channel if you want to check them out, just having fun
EBK they sell fully modded dracos for like 1100$ the regular one is 600$ at the cheapest, usually the prices range 600$-650$ but I’d rather get the fully modded one tbh
+cloudygang Martell congrats on the new pistol! They are a blast, you made a good choice :) Just remember, they are referred to as magazines though, not clips ;) I had the hardest time with that until I bought an SKS, then the "Stripper Clips" kind of made it click. Have fun with the new beast and take care!
the308capital Met with the guy and ended up buying two rifles. The AMD is a TGI build and looks nearly new. Also got a super deal on a Czechpoint vz.58.
***** Interesting... Will have to research the differences a bit more. Didn't realize they changed that much from the last run. thanks for watching and sharing, bro!
I'm one day out from purchasing 1 of the 3 aks listed. Still TORN between the micro and mini. Whichever one it is will become an SBR and have a suppressor. Just don't know what would be better when the can is about 7" and will remain on the rifle the majority of time. Any thoughts or oppinions?
I have a question. If there is no definitive way to fire a handgun (you know put the pistol stock thing up to your shoulder is legal) then why can't I fire it with a full on stock and a handguard? I mean there is no definitive way to fire it and your allowed to fire it anyway you want right?
I have the loundener, but can't remember if its still on this pistol... I change it up frequently and lose track of it. Someone else mentioned they couldn't find one as well recently. He is a one many company, so he may not have any available at the moment. Snake Hound Machine was the manufacturer, maybe you can reach out to him directly via email if anything? hope it helps!
IntoWeapons any advice or idea how could I remove that ugly rear sight? mines is tilted and also I have a project in motion to add a rail mount as well as a scope rail. or would you consider just buying a regular dust cover, but would it fit it?
The sight is pretty well put in place, and you will probably damage the cover beyond what would be usable (or aesthetically pleasing). I would personally swap the dust cover, it would definitely be the easiest and not very expensive either (for a surplus Romanian one). I would personally probably replace it with a dust cover which has an integrated rail, like the TWS Dog Leg Rail System or the Parabellum Armament AKARS. thanks for watching and hope it helps!
A loudener on a 6"... You sir are out of control or don't like this pesky business of hearing everything... Lol I have an off topic question. Do you have a source on VZ magazines?
Its a standard sized AK top cover, so any aftermarket dust cover (that doesn't use the rear sight block to attach) should fit. hope it helps and thanks for watching!
+kruff39 been so long, can't even remember to be honest - probably directly from Century... My FFL is a friend and assists with my acquisitions when I need something direct from them. I am sure Bud's, Atlantic Firearms, or Classic Firearms would have these available though. Should be about $450-$550, based on inventory and retailer. hope it helps!
Depends on if you can find them. I have to assume it's impossible to find right now with the gun market the way it is. Best bet is Armslist or gunbroker. My best guess on value right now would be about $800.
It all really depends on your state laws. For instance, in Wisconsin you have to be 18 to purchase a pistol. In Washington, you have to be 21 to purchase a pistol. Just Google how old you need to be to buy a pistol for your particular state. Hope it helps and thanks for watching!
sorry, not sure about that one... every state varies so much, its difficult to know whats legal. I recommend talking with a knowledgeable local gun dealer, or check online to see if they will ship this particular pistol variant to your area... most of the time online retailers will know if it can be shipped to you or not.
