I feel like if this game had a streamer mode, chat and other in the waiting lobby should be able to build the track. That way it's all a complete surprise.

Reminds me a great multiplayer og xbox game called Mashed. Micromachines with weapons basically. There's also pc game from a while back called blaze rush which still a hoot too. without the building though obviously, what a great little twist on the formula.
