TONY YOU DID NOT USE IT RIGHT. YOU WENT RIGHT IN TWO SHORT BLADE. DIRECTIONS YOU SUPPOSE TO USE LARGE NON TEAR DROP TO GET IT STRAIGHT OFF FOR THE OTHER BLADES. THEN YOU GET TO FIRST TEAR DROP. SHAVE FROM SIDE UP. THEN CROSS. IF NOT SHORT ENOUGH. THEN GO TO NEXT. YOU WENT TO CLOSE. THE FIRST TEAR DROP SHOULD BE USED ON TOP. START FROM BACK UP THEN OVER. THEN GO FROM FRONT TO BACK. YOU DIDNT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS IT ONLY WORKS ONE WAY.

COMB IT OUT THEN START FROM BACK TO FRONT. THEN SIDES AND ALL THE WAY BACK. NOTHEN BE CUT YET. BUT IT GETS IT SMOOTH OUT. THEN I START THIRD BLADE LESS. THE TEAR DROP. USE ON SIDES. IF NOT ENOUGH. GO DOWN TO SECOND. AND REPEAT PROCESS. USE LESS CUT FOR TOP. ALL FROM BACK TO SIDE TO FRONT. THEN ALL FROM FRONT TO BACK. ITS AMAZEN IT ALL FALLS IN PLACE. THANKS FOR TAKEN MY COMMENT.

Greg I was wondering about the Solo. Do you shave your face with it? I have not researched that one at all yet?

@@tonysreviews i like it, I have a beard, so to keep in in shape, and to shave like my neck area, even keeps my eyebrows trimmed. I hate using a razor, my skin gets so irritated. I may even use it to trim my hair on my head. The only drawback might be the the USB charging, instead of a normal plug in anywheres device.

@@tonysreviews Thank you. I decided to open and use mine. It worked great. Didn't like the attachments. They go from G, to 6mm and higher. Not like 6, 8, 10 mm, but like 6mm to 18, 23, etc. They need closer numbers. Anyways, should have had my wife cut the back. I used the 6mm. Worked great on top and sides. Butchered the back. lol.

I would not recommend this one for a full head buzz unless your hair cuts pretty easy. In my opinion.

Just buy a wshl trimmer either the color pro or the Chrome if you can afford it between 20 and 30 bucks I've been cutting my own hair for a while using that as well as trimming my beard it's got all the guides you need I really prefer doing it to be honest with you I wouldn't buy this crap

THEN SIDES THE SIDE FRONTS. THEN FRONT TO BACK. SAME IM MIDDLE. REPEAT. THEN USE NEXT TEAR DROP. NEVER JUMP OVER. IF YOU USE LARGE NON TEAR DROP FIRST ALL REST FALL IN PLACE. IF IT IS DESIRED CUT. SAME WAY REPEAT. THEN LEAVE TOP ALONE. IF SHORTER GO TO MIDDLE TEAR DROP FOR THE SIDES. THEN FIRST TEAR DROP FOR MIDDLE. ALL START WITH BACK UP TO SIDES. THEN SIDES TO TOP. TOP ALL THE WAY BACK. THEN BACK UP TO MIDDLE. THEN TO FRONT. THEN FRONT TO BACK IN MIDDLE PART. YOU CANT GO WRONG. IT ALL EVENS OUT THIS WAS IDEA OF IT IN FIRST PLACE. I GOT TO USE IT TWICE IN MONTH. AND IT DOES GREAT JOB. ITS TO BE GENTLE SO HAIR CAN EVEN. IF YOU EXPERIMENT BEFORE YOU GET HANG OF IT. AND WENT TO CLOSE. IT WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF YOU SKIP BLADE DOWN. NOT START FROM TOP. HAIR DYE OR SPRAY COLER WILL TOUCH IT UP IF WENT TO CLOSE. BUT IT WONT HAPPEN IF YOU FOLLOW. LARGE TO SMALL. LONG TO SHORT.

Junk? Hardly. I bought mine during COVID lockdown and love it. I have THICK hair and it cuts it just fine. Just go slowly and let the motor do its job. Great job on my head, my face and my body. Since I tend to keep my facial hair grow too long, I use this first to shorten the hairs and then go over it with a razor. It had cut my shaving time in half. The problem is that people have unrealistic expectations. This is called the TRIM for a reason. It's not meant to give a full cut or restructure your hair style. It's for trimming and maintenance. And for my purposes, after 2 years of regular use, I'd give it 8/10 stars. For only $10.50 on Amazon, it has saved me hundreds of dollars already, not to mention time and travel to the barber. Haircuts aren't cheap here in NYC. I'm so pleased that I just bought 4 to give as gifts.
