Not only did you help me out with my degree 5 years ago, I revisited this video to help me prepare for an interview for my dream job and I got it! I honestly can’t thank you enough
I was falling asleep reading my notes so i needed to change something up, and this video was exactly what my notes were about, only so much better!! I watched your videos throughout my anatomy class last semester and they helped IMMENSELY! I'm so glad you have microbiology and physiology videos too, since I'm taking those classes now!! huge thank you for all your amazing work! :)
I love these. I teach pharmacology and I try to incorporate many different sources of information to make sure I engage all student learning styles. Thank you!
THIS! This saved my butt. The sheer volume of information on this was staggering to me. The bigger/simpler picture you've painted helped overcome the panic and give me guidance. Thank you!
Thank youuuuuuu! I'm studying for my final bioscience exam & so many of your videos have been extremely helpful.. You're clear and precise, it's been a god send! :)
Great video man! I think it would be a good idea to list some key words in the description of the video. The video includes conjugation transformation, and transduction, but when I went to search for your videos including these words nothing came up. Keep up the good work!
Armando Hasudungan. What we need is for pharmacists , vets , drug manufacturers and drug suppliers to stop supplying the latest drugs for livestock . Look up the research . When we end up with traces of these drugs in our foods that bugs can overcome . That is why we have resistance to even the latest drugs . This is of even greater concern than patient non compliance . This should be made criminal offence internationally . Otherwise no one will save us from the pandemic to come .
Thnx armando, i m medical student, your videos are really helping me out…. just want to request can you plz make some pathology videos especially endocrine diseases….. thanx
I love all ur vedios. They all are so precise and clean and covers most important things also with help of ur diagrams it becomes very easy to learn drug and their MOA..Thank you very much!!!
Awesome video- also I'm very happy that you showed us the brand of the markers you were using because all through the video I was wondering what brand they were so that I could buy some!
This is really useful for me as a beginner. May I ask you questions: 1. In transformation (horizontal gene transfer), is it possible that a gram negative bacteria picks up a resistant bacterial gene from a gram positive bacteria? or the other way around? If not possible, why? 2. When will a bacteriophage be found in bacteria? 3. In transduction, when is it said to be ''the right time'' for viral DNA to leave the bacterial DNA and replicate? Thank you in advance for your incredible videos.
Sir I do really appreciate for your best providing the lecture but I had really confused with your hand writing you mixed small letter and cap so people like me probably got hard time to read properly your words.. but overall you are the best man! thanks again...
At first, I thought u were western people from somewhere maybe American continent or Europe continent bc of ur accent , ur accent sound so American , and when I was about to click the subscribe button, I was all schocked and it's so hard to believe bc ur name says that u might from Indonesia, bc of ur name, which is Hasudungan. That name is quiet familiar in my ear and FYI I'm batak nese and I'm from Medan, do u get what I mean? Haha, but u r so amazing, u save me during this pandemic when I can't understand well thorugh written form and u represent it through video so deeply but still sound simple and easy to understand. Thanks a lot ,🙏
Really wonderful video!! Thank you so much for explaining this complicated process so clearly! You mentioned that the antibiotic-resistant genes are usually found in the plasmid. However, you also mentioned in the transformation that the AMR genes are also found in the chromosome. Is it only on the process of conjugation that the AMR genes can be passed on via plasmid?
this vedio is really helpful ..keep it up ....but in the last of your vedio can u plz hold for a while so we can get snap of the whole lacture u explained...
