Cool pads's! Microfreak was my 2. synth I bought, if I was start to have some hardware synths also. This little beast is a great synth, especial if you use a extern controller keyboard.

Sounds really Mazing. Now I need to explore my Pod Go reverb capabilities. I've not scratched the surface yet. The Freak sounds great through your Boss and its a similar philosophy so fingers crossed.

Wow we don’t even see the dark side of the modular rack… (the bottom part) :D. Why aren’t they in the camera angle in livestreams, and not use them all together?

Great tutorial... for me the microfreak is a load of fun to use, but somehow I always struggle to get it to sit properly in the mix. It almost sounds too digital or plastic or something. I'm not anti digital at all though, I have other digital synths. Been seriously considering selling it and getting a Neutron instead. Going to persevere a bit more on the back of this tutorial.... would love to see more tutorials on this as I really, really want to like this synth!

I usually end up EQing out a bit of the 2-4khz range (ofc context dependant) but I feel that really warms it up a bit and helps it not clash too much. Maybe I should do some contextual mixing tutorials about how I work specific synths into the mix, thanks for the idea!

@@DashGlitch Awesome, I'll try some EQing when I finally get round to bouncing some tunes into Bitwig! Been mostly going DAWless lately... next step is to combine the two!
