I just finished my starter locs this morning, it will be cool to see someone else's progress who started around the same time as me! Good luck figuring out about the conditioner, I have seen a lot of differing opinions it's so confusing!

Im a newbie and I condition. Im in month 3. Check out damien walters on here. Hes a loctitian and recommends conditioning. In my thinking, if my hair is dry it breaks. I think if I want my locs to be strong 10 years from now, the hair needs moisture and elasticity.
Thank you for that, I’ll check him out! I ended up getting rid of the clarifying shampoo and my hair feels so much more moisturized now! But I will definitely condition when I feel like my hair needs it!
