As always, a great analysis. Newcomers often wonder if it's too late to navigate the financial market, but the market is always unpredictable. This is an example of investor expectations exceeding performance. MU will do just fine going forward. It would be a mistake to sell after this relatively strong earnings report. It won't take long to get your 8% back. You might get 2% back just by tomorrow or another 3% down. Who knows? That's what makes investing interesting. If you can't handle the uncertainty, CDs might be a better investment for you.

Mohnish sold all his micron stock, and at the wrong moment at the very bottom just before it begin to rise again. He talked about Tencent that time, so I guess he sold all micron and purchased tencent. Bad decision…

I bought Micron back in 2020 on pure speculation and make a 30% gain. I didn’t know their balance sheet is this ugly.
