You can start at a.25 because in certain areas you're just not gonna want to go as deep and you can take this pen all the way up to a 2.5. It also has a speed control and power button. You will have less needle wounds going in and then the higher you go with speed, you're going have more revelations. So you can adjust the speed as well as the depth to make it the perfect treatment for each client's skin's needs. You may see some pinpoint bleeding.
