I think it slows down the microorganism from spoiling the food and when freezing it will also freeze the microorganism even in nature we can find like in sout poles of earth the organisms are actually frozen but if it melt it will be active again. Hope it help

the videos are personally good but the only problems i have faced so far is that that mentor stops in the middle just to say hi or hello to the people who have joined late for or stuff or maybe say something else in the middle so its a bit distracting otherwise all the videos are good
