Microsoft has landed a smash hit with their early investment into Chat GPT. And now with the race for AI really picking up, Microsoft is in a great position to leverage Chat GPT in their competition with Google and their AI tools.
But if Microsoft is in charge of how and where Chat GPT is used: is that really a good thing? do we really want to have such a powerful technology in the hands of just one company? or would that lead to the same monopolistic
problems that we had with Microsoft in the 90s and Google in the 2000s?
