1) we cant use have single log analytics workspace for multiple resource group's???? 2) Daily cap timer will run only when i set daily cap limit right?

1) we cant use have single log analytics workspace for multiple resource group's???? - You can use a single log analytics workspace, for multiple resource groups, and subscriptions as well. - If you have multiple subscriptions and as long as they trust the same Azure Active Directory, you can use a single workspace. 2) Daily cap timer will run only when i set daily cap limit right? - Yes.
