Kevin! I had no idea of this! I didn't like Microsoft too much before but I think I have to change my mind having seen all the changes lately including Edge and connecting GPT online as well. I am impressed indeed. Thank you for making this video.
@@alpha0xide9 it’s already implementing their AI, check canva AI on yt. But microsoft is offering this with your microsoft 365 subscription which is a huge adventure
The banner covers the BEST PART - the cookies! And could you not change the backgrounds to make it on-brand? Something seems off. But thank you for explaining how all of it works, that is best part of the video. You are appreciated.
It is free / part of O365? Is it available in all countries? Are the images produced royalty free, unique and allowed to use for commercial use? Edit: I’ve signed up to the waiting list. And it did ask if I was outside the US, so perhaps I may wait a little longer than people in the US. Eitherway, looking forward to it.
It's currently offered for free. My guess is that it will be similar to Canva where you can use for free and then there are premium features that you can unlock, likely via a Microsoft 365 subscription.
I hope to try this out. Take a picture of like a Mini Excavator, and ask this Designer to put labels on different things like Parking Brake and Throttle Lever.
Microsoft completely evolved after touching open source world. First it started with Linux Foundation then Edge/Chromium and now with AI techs. Hmm micro is doing some good recent years
how about copyright issue or thing? should it be mention that is produced with MS designer or how this goes? or is it business version that no need to be mentioned.. commercial purpose question :)?
That is an excellent video, Kevin! Thank you so much. Designer appears to be a very cool product. You should also consider making a video on runway ML.
i would just like to say kevin you have done so well you was just leaving mircosoft when i first seen you on here gosh two million subscriber well done .
This is great, but when I download some images the default name comes up as "gettyimages", which makes one think if the image was created by MS Designer or copied from Getty Images!
Have you had any luck creating infographics? I keep trying but there is no language in the image. Its added but not real language. but the images are wonderful just has no text. Doesnt seem to be able to do it.
@@hadihamdam8228 I did and was still routed back the the waitlist page. Thank you Hadi though just in case I had missed that option. Very helpful and kind of you.
I have a question….so, I am an author and also a low level digital artist😂 I want to generate some ai images and use them as stock images in my design, that means I will also draw/edit them. I want to make some poster like designs for my book, but only use them as an illustrative concept, so not sell to them or anything, and NOT use them as cover for my book. So …can I do that without having any legal issues? Of course, with mentioning that i used ai generated images as stock and maybe putting a disclaimer that the final design is for illustrative purposes and not commercial. Am I safe with that?
Help: I closed out after I downloaded my video animation on both my PC and phone. But then I decided I wanted to change the text I had. I cannot seem to import a video, just text and now it is not giving me the same animation I had. How can I edit the text on the video I added in Microsoft Designer.
This isn’t a clip champ question but I have a camera/editing question you might be able to help with. How do people get 3 angles like zerkka from the sidemen with the square in the corner then to the circle then his face really big without touching anything. It’s been a camera/editing effect and I wanna kno how to do it so if you can help please do

How accessible is the image? Would alt text be included in the final image? This is the problem w/ Canva and i know MicroSoft includes accessibility in many of their commonly used products. Just curious.
I would be concerned about asking for Cookie Monster to be added to my design like in this video. Where did the AI get the Cookie Monsters that it offered for use on Kevin's ad? Copyright violations are no fun. Several years ago, I got nailed by Getty Images for a demand of over $1000 for an image I used in a blog post. I managed to negotiate it down to $600 but that was $600 more than I wanted to kiss goodbye.
