@@bcti-bcti it sure is. Compared to my Excel YT heroes, i'm a nobody - but in my work circles, people think I'm an Excel guru (it's all relative). Occasionally I'm asked, "what Excel book should I get" and i tell them, that the last Excel book I bought was in 2013. Honestly, you don't need a book, just start watching the big Excel hitters on YT, and you'll learn more than you ever thought possible.

Yeah, I never liked "INDIRECT()", but couldn't put my finger on it. REDIRECT() would have been so much more clear.

There are hundreds of videos on RU-vid demonstrating on how to create a Data Validation list. Unfortunately, I don't have one on that specific topic, but it's an easy enough tutorial to find. Thanks for watching.
