Non Directional Beacons (NDB) are one of the two types of radio beacons used for air navigation. In this video we’ll make a flight with Little Navmap that solely uses NDB’s. We’ll then fly the plan in the Cessna 152 in Microsoft Flight Simulator using the Automatic Direction Finder (ADF). When we tune the ADF radio to the NDB frequency the ADF indicator points to the location of the NDB.

Cool. But I can't tune NDB stations in the "steam" C172, because there is no way that I know of to set the second digit from right to left. Say a station's frequency is 415 KHz. The outer knob chance hundreds of Hz (300, 400, 500, etc) and the inner knob changes Hz units (4, 5, 6, etc). But I see no way of changing "tens", in order to produce the "415" frequency. I must be missing something pretty basic. Yes, there are radios whose knobs may be pressed to do just that, but clicking on the knob face doesn't help. If anyone moved beyond this, I'd love to hear it.

Press the knob by left clicking on it, then it changes the tens.

@@rudyshobbychannel Thanks for replying. As it turned out, the default "Xbox" interface behavior (click areas highlighted in blue) was preventing this from working. After I changed the interface to "legacy", it is now working exactly as you described. Thanks again.
