Didn't think it was possible to fear for my life while watching someone else fly a simulator, but you managed to pull it off, congrats! And I'm not sure how you continually ignore instructions and objectives, yet garner praise from the instructor, but again, congrats!😀👍. Good video though, really gives a good idea of what MSFS is all about.
This is great to see the all the steps of the training program , but I think it's important to LEARN the steps the instructor is teaching before going on to the next step. Some of the important things, like take off speed, climb speed, speed, rpm and altitude in the landing pattern.... Just a bunch of things that should be correct before moving on to the next step.
They fly the entire flight at 40mph with the stall buzzer going off the entire trip while making 40 degree turns. The purpose of these lessons is to do what she tells you to do and practice them so you can "learn" to fly properly... Not just complete the steps to get to the next level.
That landing was hilarious bro...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣i kraped myself laughing...u earned a sub bro very interesting vid looking forward to more of them nd funny ones😂😂😂😂like this
It seems that if you have any overlays such as; a temperature gauge or something like a joystick profiler loaded - It will stop the keyboard from working. I disabled my Logitech one and NZXT temp overlay, restarted the game and it’s sorted (keys now work).
Dont put too much pressure on the stick when trimming gently ease of controls nd keep adding the trim u want...nd repeat until the vsi reads zero or the vsi needle is close to zero...again winds might f up all this....but the plane should return back to its last known trimmed postion🤗....oh nd u might have to move slightly bacl and forth with pitch while trimming...but dont nakka the elevator controls...🤗
I had trouble with it too. It seems you had to hit very very very close to where it wanted. Luckily the next solo flight isn't as bad. IMO if you feel like you did a good enough job, then I wouldn't worry about it. You don't get anything from going through the missions as far as I can tell.
@@TheAIKnowledgeHub Fair enough. I've temporarily moved on to flying with my own flight plans. Just got done buzzing around my hometown, as we are want to do. Can't wait until they release the oculus VR update. This game kinda NEEDS head tracking and my TRACKIR is busted. :(
did you skip 0:20? I wanted to see the first one. 1. basic controls and cameras I use dual sense. at first there is a narrator, who tells me what to do. and she tells me to bring cursor to Yoke, which should be easy, because the Yoke is shown blue, so I could know what Yoke is, and I brought cursor with L stick or R stick of dualsens, and pushed X(A), but nothing happen. I pushed all the button, but doesnt work and I cant proceed to next. if somebody know what I have to do, plz tell me.
I ended up using the hdg indicator, turning slip indicator and altitude indicator to fly mostly. It's ashamed they won't teach the IFR holding pattern, misapproach, setting up glide slope, tuning in to DME, localizer for a non precision approach
Hi! I have a simple problem: In flight school with the Cessna, still on the ground, the teacher wants me to watch and use the throttle. I do it. it´s light blue as I watch it and push it. But there´s no reaction anymore: the window with the orders is not turning green, and the teacher is not responding anymore.
@@romancasulleras I have another problem: no matter what flight plan I create and no matter what plane I chose - I always start in a Cessna from Munich. And meanwhile, Microsoft Flight Simulator support confirmed me that the problem is that I installed Windows with my full name which has an "ü", which is no ASCII sign. Maybe you also named your Windows account with a letter that is no ASCII sign.
Interesting that the final landing was accepted in view of the requirement to land on RW03 and not RW21. I think the training modules are very inconsistent.
Holy hell she throws out so much jargon that I get completely lost on. "Keep your aim point on the runway number" Keep my what on the what? What? This game feels more like a stroke simulator than a flight simulator so far.
It seems apparent that the control sensitivities had not been set up under 'control options'. That would have made the aircraft much easier to keep under control without constant jerking. The first landing would also have been easier and smoother. A minor point ... stop jerking the camera all over the place. It almost made me airsick! Not a bad attempt though. It's not easy when you're fighting over sensitive controls.
Does anyone is having troubles with taking over the plane on mission two? When she is explaining you all the instruments?. I can't take over and the plane crasg every time, how do you take over and start flying around so you can complete the training?
Question: on my solo flight training - the climb is 5700 hold heading at 75kts - the marker before the crosswind turn is 2.5nm how can i maintain 75kts and reach 5700 ft. before I need to make the turn - I've tried different ways with the Cessna 152 and I'm losing points on my score in the takeoff phase because I'm not hitting the requirements as well as I could. How can you maintain 75kts to reach 5700ft in 2.5nm??? Any help will be great! Thank you!
I still cant get past the point where she asks you to spot the Sedona airport. It displays Hold "E" but nothing happens when I do. Anybody else having this problem and does anybody know what I can do to fix this.
Very odd how this guy went about this. I was watching his heading and somehow completely missed the gold club. I’m not taking the piss though. Every time I bought up the VFR map, the game crashed, so I eventually did it without it, just using headings and ETE.
Unless if it's a digital compass I tend to never look at it. Use your headings when possible I'm going to get into a detail video on this since the game did a bad job explaining/showing 90% of things. But let me know if you have any other questions
waste of time and money. Better spent sitting in an airplane on the ground getting familiar where everything is, and going through all the different procedures physically and in your mind. Then when your at home, chair fly doing those same procedures.
Watch videos like mine and run with it. Like my stuff is tailing off because lack of views, but if more watch then I could easily justify the time, energy, and resources to make more and better videos on this game.
I keep crashing bad on the landing training. For you the training starts with you pointed directly pointing at the runway but for me its far to the left
Hey, I saw that you said the training is lacking but as someone who is new to taking flight sim seriously (I want to be able to get to realistic flying) what points is it lacking in? Unfortunately I don't know what I don't know. Haha
It covers enough of the basics so you don't crash or get completely lost. But that's pretty much it. It doesn't cover how to go over the check list, what given radio calls mean, weather restrictions, lights, and a number of other things. I'm going to be going over a number of things in the future on this. In fact, right now I'm working on a few videos. If you having already, then sub and hit the bell so you're notified when I make something.
When I land after setting up a route in the world map I can't get the rudder to work, it only moves in tiny increments and I inevitably career off the runway smashing into parked planes, terminals and what not. When doing flight training and landing challenges it seems to work, can anyone help with this? Keep the blue side up 👍
