Great Video and gameplay! What I’ve been wondering since the announcement, is how the walk around mode is going to work. From what I’ve heard you should be able to walk around everywhere. Do you know if that’s true? It would be a dream come true for me, to be able to walk around in the neighbourhood I live in and also be able to see smaller city’s.

@mammid9622 yeah exactly. Plus the alpha was just a wayy stripped down final product just to iron out the basics. And now suddenly everyone expects the highest

It’s not a beta is to stress test the servers , this product is far from a finished product and you can’t compare this to 2020 in this stage yet I hope people understand this.

That was my exact question, it looks like nobody cares about flight model accuracy test and aviation but visual and scenery. It doesn't help me to go on 2024 after the lack of realism in 2020 which was a scenery simulator. I was wondering if now we can be able to land in cross wind by using a combination of into-wind ailerons and opposite rudder and decrabing which should maintain the authority Ailerons/rudders as it goes on xplane and in reality. Impossible to do so in 2020 (pmdg, Fenix were stuck in msfs 2020 limitations) as a colleague shown recently on utube again. It never got fixed by asobo, nobody really cares based on wishlists like flyîng in arcade mode in thunderstorms with a C172 without any danger in thre skies. Anyway hard to judge right now, a little bit skeptical because alpha testers seem to be more concerned to show how beautiful it is, not how realistic it goes... At the end of the day the essential is that people enjoy it. Hopefully it will be a realistic flight sim, I still believe it ✈️🥳😉

@@lknfly1166 it’ll be a realistic scenery simulator , and that’s only if they get rid of frame rate stuttter, which was a nuisance in 2020. I’m wondering if I’m flying an airliner at 40000 feet why someone would be obsessed with looking down and looking for houses and trees and landscapes. I don’t get that. None of these alpha guys are talking about airliner systems or aerodynamics It’s all about “oh wow look at this scenery from third person view” Yep it’s a scenery simulation

It honestly doesnt look like that much of an improvement... yes the trees are alot better, but the ground detail and texture detail is exactly the same as in 2020 and not AI improved with bushes rocks and grass... also the fields dont seem to have 3D plants growing on them like advertised... so its really just 2020 with better trees, not sure that thats worth an extra 80 bucks... am I missing something here?

the flat sea is horrible like in 2020, the trees are of various species but they are too many and too tall like in 2020, what a shame! The buildings not framed are ugly like in 2020.
