Released August 25, 2022 - Reuploaded for our RU-vid Channel. To celebrate the return of gamescom, Microsoft Flight Simulator has released its first-ever City Update, featuring brand-new photogrammetry German cities: Hanover, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Bonn, and Cologne. Simmers will even be able to spot the famous Koelnmesse, home to the gamescom show.

These couple of days I've been flying around Germany(Nuremburg) and I'm impressed how beautiful the scenery is. Now gonna look at these places just mentioned. It's gonna be a good fly :)

They've even been to Antarctica and skipped the entire continent of Africa 😂😂 ok they have added some giraffe and elephants. I guess that's how Africa is seen from outside 🤔

I don't think they're making Africa or Asia maybe south America as well ,unfortunately!

To all of you complaining about areas that has not been updated; I would recommend to watch the developer q & a streams with MS and Asobo. A lot of these questions are answered there. It's because of lack of data. It takes time to get fresh satellite data, and as I understand it, there might be quite some bureaucracy involved to get it.

It´s not an easy just „do“ Africa or South America. They already explained in the development blogs and live streams that the problem is lack of data and/or legal stuff/regulations with the appropriate countries to get appropriate data.
