I don’t know if anyone of consequence in the flight sim community will see this, but man I’m tired of the negativity towards Microsoft and Asobo. What you’re able to do from the comfort of your own home in the virtual world is nothing short of an amazing feat of technology. Asobo, your work is appreciated. And it matters to a lot of people. Thank you, from one random pilot and avid sim enthusiast.

I was just reading through the comments on this video, and thinking the same thing! I don't understand how people can be so negative about the sim, third party products, and even this channel. Like how does that feeling even exist? Reminds me of the comedy bit, "everything is amazing and no one is happy."

I mean. As much as I agree you cannot deny the fact the hate towards asobo is deserved. They've ignored so many critical bugs, and such that have been there since the sim came out. Even the first trailer for the fs2024 showed some of the dame bugs the current sim has... so it's kinda hard not to rag on them.

@@Chrisp707- name the bugs that make this game sooo bad to your experience. I moved from FSX fo MSFS two years ago and the evlution and improvements, payware aircrafts, airports, all that has come such a long way. Yes, there are things I would like to be different, better maps around some parts of the world, but that does not make my experience any less enkoyable

Totally agree! There is so much whining about the sim, that I honestly don't understand why they bother using it in the first place. Remember the complexity behind this kind of software, and there are limitations to what currently is possible. Of course, there are things we all miss or would like to see improved in the sim, but I think patience is the key anyway.

Agree. There are no bugs that stop me from flying. Sure, there are some things are are a bit wonky but nothing that keeps me from launching the sim and flying. It's incredible what Flight Sim has become. it's also helped create a new community of hardware providers to bring prices down.

The Tornado was only retired by the RAF. It is still in service in Italy, Germany and Saudi Arabia.

Great update Shane. KLGA looks fantastic. I was there last summer and the renovations they’ve done are awesome. Not the dingy little airport in Queens anymore!

MSFS 2020's development is coming to an end and has begun winding down as their focus has shifted to MSFS 2024.

@@AusFlightSimmer personally, this time im going to hold off on MSFS 2024 until we get a clearer picture of MSFS's future. i have invested a significant amount of time and $$$ into MSFS 2020 and i do not want to have to do it all again with a new MSFS if it isnt that significant of a leap over 2020. If MSFS 2024 isn't backwards compatible with MSFS 2020 content, i will not be getting 2024.

You don't buy many aircraft do you? Lots of aircraft better than the CH-47D. The Cowansim Bell 222 and 222UT are two such aircraft. Also the HPG H160 is probably the best helicopter for MSFS to date.

Been trying to complete a proper flight from JFK or LGA to another airport. Many short term airports. Just tried LGA-ROC which isnt even a long flight and the game froze on me but the audio kept playing. People in the FB group are having issues too with it. Asobo needs to get their shit together and fix these issues. It kills my motivation to practice and makes me want to go try Xplane 12 for these issues. First the DirectX problem freezing forcing me to roll back my Nvidia drivers where I can't play other games to date and now this unknown problem. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the game its been my best so far but to make it unplayable just kills me for it.

Doubt it, asobo likes to take their time when accepting things to get uploaded to the marketplace. It’s the same reason it takes a few weeks for updates to be pushed to you guys, but then again, you never know.

These updates are always so lame. There is never anything worth getting excited about to me. I use a 4090 and still cant get great results on this stupid game
