I think it's because of the same sad reason why it's abandoned in reality. Sim lovers come from first world countries the want their regions to be enhanced, asobo adapts to this.
Maybe because there are not good data to do an enhancement? Some country simply don't have them, so how can Asobo do enhancement without enough good data (Good quality photogrammetry and altimetric data are not avalaible worldwide abd some country don't allow to use them). Do uou think there is good photigrammetry for Africa? Who pay for such expebdive service? Even Bingmap or Gogglemap are not same quality everywere.
The FPS still drops up & down from 36 to 10 over the large cities but in the wilderness no problem, I won't spend anymore of my money on detailed airports & cities
Have you tried setting a frame limit on 30 fps? If you have an nvidia gpu you might want to do it in the nvidia control panel under: Manage 3D settings - program settings and select microsoft flight sim in the menu. Then scroll down until you find "max frame rate".
How about initiating some fixes on airport personnel namely the push back personnel for GA who just walk through aircraft on the ground as if they were ghost!! Very annoying!!
If Latin VFR continues to reject mod support for their 330s and 340, I think PC sales will be mediocre… unless of course they’re striving for mediocrity.
Hopefully they do a Middle Eastern World Update as well, a lot of big airports to fly into like Hamad intl, Dubai intl, Abu Dhabi intl, Muscat, Jeddah, Riyhad, Bahrain etc.
Just a plug for A Pilot's Life - best thing I've bought for the game. Recently left Southwest Airlines for American. I'm Captain currently, flying the PMDG 737s. Flying from Aruba to Charlotte in the sim as I watch this vid. :)
Yeah, takes 30 - 60 mins to load to the main menu, then everything works totally fine though, with about 40 secs to get into a flight. Just reinstalled the sim for the third time though, and initial loading is about 7 minutes, still too long, but massive improvement!
Msfs2020 needs to add the sun country livery to the airbus Defult aircraft like they did for south west in which operates only 737s. Reason: I think I would be really cool to fly and those three liveries of that airline are really cool
I have not had a flight sim in 20 years everything is new to me. So please excuse my question. Is there a WWl flight simulator game on the market. Now that I’m retired I have the time to get back into the simulators. Thank you.
The FBW A380 is still in development and will most likely release in 2024 or 2025. The inibuilds A380 will most likely release in 2025. I don't know about any recent A380 projects that have been abandoned yet, so no worries!
