Hi, I am looking at this for my HE students to create an online portfolio which I see it can do well. This only issue I have is that I need to be able to control their folios and lock them down on submission date - do you know if it can do this as im drawing a blank with google searches. Cheers
Hey Lee mate! Only thing i could suggest is you make each template / file and name them. Then add the relevant student with edit access. Then when the time is up remove the student from each files permissions back to read only. Understand this is not the best and a bit time consuming but might work for you! Depending on class size Hope it helps
Does anyone know how to make text scroll over a picture? So the picture fades into the background and the text comes to the forefront as the reader scrolls down? I'm having trouble figuring that one out.
Hey Brent. I think it all depends on the theme you are using. Have a go looking at the different themes specifically ones with the darker colours. See if that does what ya after
Anyone know why when I either email or embed a sway presentation the viewer sees the initial edit page rather than starting with play? I don't want anyone to edit the sway document, just view yet it always defaults to the edit page rather than starting with the presentation?
Check your edit permissions and make sure you don’t have edit access on. Also when you are logged in with edit access it will show the edit button by default. So log out and test and it should be fine 👍
