Nice video. 1 q regarding updating the teams app on mtr-a, updating the collabOS on the bar doesn't automatically update Teams app. Or do you have these devices in Logitech Sync Portal in the production channel? That's the only way I know of
I'm trying to update my mtr-a to the latest v of Teams app because I'm getting intermittent errors of "We couldn't connect you to the meeting". Happened multiple times but no real pattern of what the root cause is
The latest app should be able to be deployed from Teams Admin Center. Unless Logitech has to bundle the app, but I was aware it can be now updated from TAC.
I have a Poly G7500 and Cisco RoomBar Pro running MTR-A, and both have been updated to the latest Teams app version. However, when I open the view options on either touch panel, I don't see the new view options. Is this a tenant issue?
