I did the same procedures and applied it on my own design in a 2x2 patch antenna with inset fed, and etc., thank you for this; so far this is the most helpful video I have come across in making a patch antenna from scratch

In minute 12:55 you have many peaks below -10dB, then which one should I choose as the resonant frequency of my antenna ? Or this mean that works on every frequency below -10dB? Thanks for the video :)

i have the same issue back then, what I did was let HFSS generate this kind of patch (50 ohms) with inset gaps and specific length based on the range of frequencies I want to sweep min. to max. frequencies. once it is automatically generated, you can then try this building manually like in the video
