The trimmer in the TV commercial is cgi. Looks real here. On the TV there isn't any shadows or reflections moving on the device. It looks like they cgi remastered it or they are holding a stick and they overlapped with a cgi device. Pay attention to the TV commercial that's on comedy central. I rewinded it 3 times to be sure and it looks extremely bizarre.
