I'm throwing a challenge flag on the Worthy analysis due to beach setting. Impossible for even an olympic gymnast to keep a steady base and execute a flawless kneel in those conditions. Would love to see what he looks like bringing in 4+ grocery bags from the driveway and navigating a 2+ inch doorstep before I figure out where to draft him.
I think Achane in the 3rd with 2 WRs to start is the ideal start this year. RBs that can score 50 points in a week don’t grow on trees, and he goes later than all the other RBs that can do it.
Brandin Cooks ran hot on TD last year. His career avg is 12 catches / TD. The only other 2 years he had 8+ TD he was at 9.44 and 9.75 catches per TD (2015 and 2016). Last year it was 6.75 catches/ TD.....
One my biggest stands is against jonathan brooks and for Chuba.. chuba was actually good last year, reports are the new coaching staff likes him. Brooks coming off the ACL injury, will give Chubb’s all of the early season to further impress, then even when brooks is healthy I see this being more of a time share than people think. I just don’t think a rookie rb coming off an ACL will be given the full load at any point in the season.
I think you guys might be underselling Cooks a bit. Not that he’s a priority target, but he got off to a slow start and his splits in the 2nd half of last season are dramatically better than the first half. He only had 162 yards through the first 7 weeks with 495 of his 657 yards coming AFTER Week 7 (more than double his YPG from that early window). He’s clickable in a juiced up 2023 Thielen type way given the Cowboys offense and his target competition. I’d rather click Downs, Polk, etc but honestly probably prefer him to Legette despite how gross it is
I think stacking the same backfield should be reserved for teams you project to be good offenses (like the Dolphins). Like, you probably don’t want both Commanders. But you probably do want both Cowboys. At least in theory.
Sadly Kyle hammers the same point I keep going back to on Cooks. Nobody behind CeeDee even close to dusty old Brandin in a high pass rate offense with a below average run game(my assumption) I get Ferguson as target 2 but Cooks has real viability no matter how sick it feels to draft him. (That’s how it seems to me 🤷♂️)
If you really want Zamir to rise you have to remind people that his off-season workout routine is working on his farm literally throwing bails of hay. I'm sure the august nfl coverage machine will re-enforce it later to amplify the effect.
I don’t get the Montgomery ADP. RBs are cheaper than ever, how is an unathletic timeshare back going at pick 75. I get that the Lions are an amazing spot, but still, he has no top 10 upside and less projectable volume than most RB going around him
You guys are over projecting Jaylen Warren. He isn’t as good of a running back talent as Najee is, and Arther Smith really values the bigger back as shown by his falcons back usage last season.
@@davem7173 I really don’t take much issue with where Warren is going it’s a little high but you have the contingent upside in case of injury that would put him into another stratosphere of usage. The number 1 option is a 55% snap share in the offense. But taking him OVER Najee like I see happen quite a lot is just dumb imo.
