This is a really great guide! I might practice him today. But i have a question....when is it necessary to go melee form? I noticed the whole video You're always on range form which is definitely a safer option for poke, but i still don't know what to do with his melee form....
You can 1v2 or 1v3 with Heino ( as long as there's not that much CC users from your opponent's side) when he's on melee mode. My only problem is that sometimes, those very nimble enemies could still run a way with a very small amount of health and Heino can't catch up to them fast enough. Kinda frustrating sometimes. I still mainly use him as a midlaner but with a tank build.
I played him for the first time today and got triple and quadra kills without knowing how or what happened 😂. So I'm here to learn how to use him properly.
both lanes are fine it usually depends on the composition of your team like clash heino shines in this type of composition or mid heino is strong against this matchup something like that
@@RagnarokPKXD I cannot agree more, he's so fun to play in that lane. It's really funny to see him tank all 5 enemy dmg with a tank build and melee form
I don't really get why people say he's too powerful. His early game is trash and his late game doesn't even deal that much damage. His survivability is great though, but once you caught him with hard CC, usual bursting can take him out before he can teleport. I agree that he seems more like the supportive role, he deals damage to lower the enemies' health a bit but can't deal enough to secure a kill for himself unless already low. I guess some people are just simply annoyed with him causing the ban (especially in clash lane, but I usually get my midlane to help when facing him). But once you learn this hero's behavior, then you can easily counter him or even can go out of your way and simply ignore him sometimes.
Tbh I hate having a heino in my team he is ridiculously useless in the laning phase With 0 proactivity And you always need to drag the game in the late game if he is around Otherwise you will always lose in a fast pace match And no one is using that hero in the chinese server lol
@@kyouitv True, the only reliable thing he has in early to mid is his excellent albeit annoying survivability. He even has no CC. So even if Heino survives, he can't actually do much than watch his teammates struggle while he does the bare minimum of contributions. And yes, going for late game in a fast paced MOBA is generally a bad thing, so why trouble ourselves with Heino waiting for his power spike, when we can use mages that are balanced throughout or just have good CCs. People are just going in for the bandwagon I guess, I'm glad the chinese server isn't as gullible. I'm worried that the developers might needlessly nerf Heino making him even weaker.
well obviously, he's not a burst type of hero so what do you expect? Jeez. I'm not saying he's op but he can be very annoying sometimes especially if the enemy team are not using tanky heroes. When I'm using him, all I did was hit the enemy marksman until his health went down. I'm just gonna hit everyone I see and spam my 1st skill. And we made a comeback just by doing that even if our marksman is not doing good. He's not trash at all, it only depends on the player. Even if the enemy has a great crowd control, just as long as they are not tanky and you know how to position yourself in a teamfight, you can still win.
@@l3nt757 No one is saying he's trash dude, I just believe that his power is greatly exaggerated. He is not really ban worthy. Although it depends on the circumstances, it is usually safer to ban other heroes that actually do turn tables. He is quite easy to work around, I don't even worry that much about him when I face him at mid/clash lane, I just ignore or simply let him get the minions first and get my CC intensive midlane to help. Besides, if you have an actual good team, you would end the game fast or pick up a good gold gap to prevent Heino from reaching his power spike. His tower restoration can be quite a hassle too, but remember, he can only do it once in a while so you could take advantage of that and kill him while he is on cooldown. Also, unlike other mages, his teamfight capability takes a while because he has to stack enemies first, unlike other mages who can CC or do big area damage almost immediately, which usually dictates life and death here. People are misinterpreting OP with just annoyance, traumatizing them into banning him. Just as the channel owner said, pro veteran chinese server players don't even ban or use him that much because they know better.

I'm a Heino main, and I get easily countered by Milady ;___; one moment I'm there, the next, I'm dead. My ult takes too long to finish >.> fighting against Angela is easier. Love MIlady's summer skin btw, the crabs are freakin hilarious xD
