Missed you Jenny! Busy stuff in our lives for sure. I was as just thinking about you and there you were! 😊. I’ve sung all my life Jenny, and have been singing on the worship team for many years, including special events occasionally. What an honor to be part of the Sweet Adeline’s! 🎉🎤🎼. Music and gardening are my biggest hobbies, and anything to do with crafting or cooking too. My Aunt has traced both of our grandparents ancestry back to Europe and put together a genealogy book ( and cookbook from family all over the US). Have fun with your new hobby. Your garden still looks pretty even in the fall! Good to see you friend!

I'm in the UK where all my ancestors also originate. Genealogy have been my twin passions for many years. The biggest hint I can give you 're family research is do NOT believe any of the data found in family trees posted in Ancestry and other sites as many are pure fantasy. So many people think that if a scenario vaguely 'fits' it must be right but do that and you are off down a rabbit hole. Do your own research using official sources, and double check everything. However, genealogy is very more-ish and wonderful for a cold wet Winters day, and you can meet some lovely helpful people on line.

OMGosh, genealogy is very time consuming, if I had some time to put into it, I'm sure I'd be spending 23 hours a day conversing with new-found relatives! I'm on 2 sites, seems like Mom's family is over on one and Dad's family is on the other! Over here in the Paris suburbs, my tomatoes are pretty cold and none of the few ripe ones are good. But picked the green and made Green Tomato Chutney. Our weather is currently around the low 40s night / low 50s day. With plenty of rain. Al
