I'am so proud of my little brother in this music video he did an amazing job, I love you Jack and i hope you keep it up!!!! (he is the small one with black hair)
The video reminds me of my mom making me and my brother fight terrible childhood .. I love these guys they really have helped me though some tough times and getting over very old wounds
My wife found this band a few months ago and showed it to me and I have to say it's one of my all time favorites now I don't know how I never knew this existed.. I watched some live videos and they sound exactly like this . These guys are so incredible and so fucking underrated .
I saw them 10+ years ago in San Diego, they had a couple of extras playing with them so a full 4 piece. Great guys, Zach signed the album I bought that night. I wish they had blown up, but I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles
Discovered these guys when they opened for Alice in Chains and the Rockstar Energy Festival in Toronto. They are now one of my favourite bands every. Its criminal that they aren't one of the biggest bands ever. If they came out in the 90's they would be massive.
I listen to this everyday driving to my job. I work as a correctional officer and a crisis Counselor. This song really resonates with me deep.

I bet. Being on the other side a few years of my life a few different times local and state jail/prison systems I bet it's a tough job, and being a counselor on top of it is even worse.
I saw Middle Class Rut live when they open up for 30 Seconds to Mars. They are an amazing band and I can't wait for their new album and to see them live again. :D
yeah, no name no color is really rich. they have so much bass which is ironic, cause there was no bass at all on that record. they have awesome understanding of acoustic instruments.
I can't stop listening to these guys!! It's been SOOOOOO long since I've found a newer rock band that I have just fallen in love with, but that streak has finally come to an end. Sing praises to Middle Class Rut!
I actually thought this was Jane's Addiction when I first heard it. Googled it assuming it was on the JA new album, and to my surprise I've discovered I actually like a song from a band that wasn't around in the 90s!!
This video and song always makes me cry, but I love both, so I endure it. But who in the Hell are those kids?? I hope they are making a career for themselves because this video and their acting is pure gold. Amazing.
I saw these guys here in Baltimore a couple of months ago. Without a doubt one of the best rock shows I've been to in a long time. Can't wait for them to come back again.
These guys killed it live @uproar! Never heard of em before but they blew me away. Loved their live set and delivery. A new fan for sure!!! And when the hope's gone the weight falls on me.
This is 1 of my most fav songs, with Cornbread & Busy Being Born. I stand in awe of the beauty of these songs, from just 2 guys!!! Simply amazing!!! Ty ty ty ty 4 your contribution, & for showing us MUSIC again
OMG! This video deserves some sort of award or something, it's fucking amazing.. And those boys seemed like natural actors, they didnt seem uncomfortable with a camera in their faces.. or atleast intimidated. I think the plot of this video should be a movie, hell I'd watch it.. And the song is amazing, too.. Its hands-down NHL 12's best song c':
I absolutely feel and relate to every word of this song. I don't wish that on anyone, not even my enemies. That's real talk. Let this song in your feels not your memory
@@codym6284 exactly these guy rishloo pinback orgy there all under the radar sadly love them all rishloo has a similar heavy feel but the other are just some of my favorite undrated bands
I discovered these guys on a random shuffle on You Tube and I can't believe they don't get more air play. One of the the Local DJ's on the Point here in STL played a personal favorite of hers and it was Middle Class Rut. Other than that I've never heard them on the radio. What a shame on what the world is missing out on.
This song is unique in many ways. I listen to many styles/sub-genres of rock and metal and when I heard this song for the first time I loved how it was in low tunning and had a melodic twist with a grunge like sound. When I saw this video for the first time I was suprised to see the two boys fighting. Likewise this song is metaphorical and you take it how you want. It doesnt have just one meaning. It reminds me of parents loosing their kids because drugs. When I'm gone the weight falls on me.
Ok I'm an old s.o.b with tastes that range from Sabbath, Motorhead to Suicide Silence and Black Veil Brides - all this rock and metal! To me... This so far is the best song I've heard all year. Hate I'm just finding this song now...better late than never. Anyway, While many may disagree... It reminds a lot of Filter / Quicksand / Stabbing Westward and those bands rocked in their time. I miss them! So now I have to go buy this CD and play more from these guys! Keep rocking MCR - we need it!
Maybe i, sacrificed, grateful that I'm still alive.... & When the dope's gone, their hate falls on me, yes, when I'm done, their hate falls on me. (I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SONG!!!)
My first impression of listening to this band as we speak (like halfway into the song) is: damn I'm really fuckin wit dude! These lyrics are aggressive and nice, and y'all got it with them instruments too. My goodness y'all took off. Really love this song. Also I'm really high hehehe Happy New Year everyone 😁 If you like this song then we would probably get along
Kudos to these two guys...and their full-on rock sound and social-consciousness themes. I can't bear to watch this video again, tho....will listen to this song somewhere else.
@@iv-la9529 not only lessons, you need to have really great passion and be harsh on your voice. you can tell that Zack is giving 100% from him without any digital help. i love how intense he sounds.
@@iv-la9529 for sure. but they were producing their own records without anyone. when you will focus on bands like Slipknot or Glassjaw, there was an producer Ross Robinson, that was pushing them to the edge.
This track has been a staple in my life, along with Dead Eye and New Low, fear years. Never fails that adrenaline rush this vid plus song still invokes. I love it!
Fucking GREAT live too. Saw them when they toured with Jane's, Alice in Chains and a bunch of other bands. A former co-worker Adam Barker was touring and playing some drum type of instruments as well. Loved it and love this music.
I love the video I know I will remember this until I die I so appreciate it ,so many memories with my fiance Jennifer she did pass with cancer but this is the shit that makes me fucken rock again God bless you great people hug man.
