Hi Sean, I usually would but this show didn’t have a designated top bench. They were in with their classes, which was somewhat useful to compare them

What hen canary did you breed the clear goldie mule off I have bred a few varigated mules and clear greenie mules but never one like that

Well done with your show birds I no there's a lot of luck to aswell in breeding birds and mules could anyone share any info on getting white in mule I don't have many birds five only would love to breed a mule for myself with white just to have and hang out singing in my flat window thanks in anyone replys

I mentioned later in the video, it decided to bath. Atleast it was soaked when I got into the shower hall so could have been when judging, oh well😆

Only part way through, but I love the grey blackbird. Some great birds all around, but to me, the modern greenfinch seems a bit fat, I prefer seeing them a bit leaner.

Same here, I think I´ll never get used to this oversized Greenfinches. I think the reason is that we do not see them in nature in this shape ( I wouldn´t call them fat, just oversized and round like a Norwich canary).

PS.: It´s wrong to call them "modern greenfinch". Never saw such bird over here in central Europe or at the world show.

@@wzukr thank you. Interesting that the shape is not as popular elsewhere. They just look too bullfinch like to me. Imo they should look half way between a bullfinch and a goldfinch in build
