I got this model second hand from Facebook marketplace. It’s slow the first couple of times while it figures out your house layout and it’s slow to get back on the charging station. But once it’s established it’s brilliant. I hate listening to it or watching while it’s vacuuming so I always control it from the app when I’m at work and I come back to shiny clean floors. I can see it working away on the map. It hoovers my thick shag rugs no problem. I love it! It’s my new pet! lol
Worst robot vac ever, cmaps get corrupted, forgeta base station location, gets caught on and under everything, endless resets. Even worse if you managed to get it to work you can't set mop and vac zones on same schedule. With mop attached to often can't get off or on the base station. We have returned one and onto our 2nd replacement with same issue. Meanwhile our roomba i7 is flawless.
Got Midea robot without base station, it's useless, mostly brushing mess on the side, usually gets stuck in one of the corners of the room, my last Midea robot.
