hocam thank you for covering such a niche! i want to make algorithmic music but i am not as good with pure data as i am with python. are we able to generate melodies and control patterns through this? does it work with keyboard as the controller? teşekkürler in advance
I reviewed your update, it works, a track is assigned to each CC control, that would mean that one would be limited by rotary knobs, it would not be more interesting if it worked as the omni mode of the flstudio link controller, with this one knob would be enough to control all channels volume

Maybe we can use one knob or button to map cc commands. I am not sure if I release controls in python script to use link to controller. Btw, I am still working on this script. I will update it in this weekend again
@ Having an omni volume controller on the mixer on a single CC would be great, I'm trying to learn this to make a script for Behringer's UMX series, a lot of people have this controller and there is no script for it.
Also, you can use a calculator. Windows calculator has a “Programmer” mode which you can input in hex, octal, binary or decimal and it will convert for you.
I used this command testing and I was able to use it in omni mode, I also used this to scroll through the mixer ui.showWindow(midi.widMixer) ui.left() mixer.setTrackNumber(mixer.setTrackNumber(event.data2,)) if 1

Thats nice. I will update my code to add up down buttons. It may be useful to select mixer channel, effect knobs etc. You can edit code on github > github.com/yilmazyurdakul/PythonScriptForFLStudio/ I just started to make Behinger UMX script
Now I am working so that the mixer faders only move when they coincide with the value of the knob to avoid jumping when moving them, I am going to do it with the routine that I showed you before: ui.showWindow(midi.widMixer) ui.left() mixer.setTrackNumber(mixer.setTrackNumber(event.data2,)) Let's see if you guide me, to do it this way, 😀so that with 2 knobs the track and volume are controlled
You don't have to do this. There is an option in midi settings that does that exact same thing. Although I suppose this could still be useful if you only wanted this to happen with certain devices or controls
hello great tutorial, I'm trying to understand this, I managed to move the mixer channels, but I can't raise or lower the volume of the selected channel, if you do a tutorial to control the mixer volume

I did it last night. I will update the code. I added mixer controls, show and hide playlist, mixer etc.
