Jeff Barnhart and Joel Schiavone hosted a jazz house party in Joel's 1804 farmhouse on February 11-12th of 2012.

Jeff assembled a world-class cast of musicians and let the foot stompin' fun unfold. The musicians included Jeff Barnhart, Robin Verdier, Lew Green, Fred Vigorito, Noel Kaletsky, Joe Midiri, Herb Gardner, Craig Grant, Albie Bernard, Vince Giordano, Bob Barta, Jimmy Mazzy, Joel Schiavone, Kevin Dorn, Tom Palinko, and Bria Skonberg
This was the first annual house party -- Another is sure to follow in 2013. For more information on the 2nd house party, stay tuned to Jeff and Joel's House Party website for details. A DVD of select performances will also be released in the coming months; Information about this release will be posted on the website as well.

Why does this sound like Are you lonesome tonight? No doubt the artist has performed it beautifully...!!! Loved it. Just wanna know if theres some connection between the two songs..

The songs definitely have a similar theme. "Are You Lonesome Tonight" is from the 1920's and is a waltz (3/4 time)... This French song is a Foxtrot (4/4 time). Both are beautiful. This young lady has a fantastic, almost seductive voice (and I don't mean that in a nasty way).. She's one hell of a musician.
